Instructions
Place 1 cup of the granola in a food processor and pulse until finely ground, about 1–2 minutes.
Add the honey, peanut butter, and milk. Process until the mixture is well combined and begins to stick together.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the remaining granola in a food processor and pulse until it forms a fine crumb.
Roll each energy bite in the granola coating until evenly covered. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
