thawed and shelled

lemon juice

Instructions
Edamame Goat Cheese Spread
Steam edamame, allow to cool slightly and while warm blend with goat cheese, lemon juice and herbs. Chill.
Burger and Toppings
Slice radish and toss together with arugula and cabbage.
Cook burger patty with oil according to package instructions.
Toast bun.
To assemble each burger place in the following order on the bottom bun:
2 tbsp edamame goat cheese spread
½ sliced avocado with pinch of salt
1 ea actual veggies patty
1/4 cup arugula mixture
