Instructions
Prepare granola: mix spices and combine with your favorite granola, cranberries, and raisins.
In a large bowl, combine coconut yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon and cloves. Fold in oats and diced peaches until well distributed. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
To serve, place 1/2 cup of oat mixture in the bottom of a bowl. Top with 3-4 peach slices and 1/4 cup blueberries. Garnish with 2 Tbsp granola and 2 tsp toasted almonds. Serve cold.
