drained and rinsed

Instructions
Rinse the chard well, drain and chop into 2" pieces.
Heat the oil in a wide saucepan. Add the onions and cook for about five minutes.
Add the garlic and the spices and cook for two minutes more.
Add the greens and partially cover the pan. Allow the chard to wilt down and cook until tender.
Add drained garbanzo beans and stir occasionally until warmed through.
Add the chopped cilantro, salt and cook for another minute. Finish with lemon juice.
