- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1 cup whipped topping
For the Chocolate Mug Cake
- 8 oz brownies cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup
Instructions
For the Chocolate Pudding Mousse
- Add the chocolate pudding and 1 cup whipped topping to a mixing bowl. Gently whisk or fold until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
For the Chocolate Mug Cakes
- Add 2 ounces of chocolate pudding mousse.
- Add 2 ounces of diced brownie pieces.
- Add another 2 ounces of chocolate pudding mousse.
- Add another 2 ounces of diced brownie pieces.
- Top with 2 ounces of whipped topping.
- Drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
