1 1/4tspcoriander seedif you don't have whole spice, use ground and reduce amount by half

1 1/4tspwhite peppercornsif you don't have whole spice, use ground and reduce amount by half. Or use black peppercorns whole or freshly cracked.
1/4cupfresh lemon juice
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Into a food processor add: cilantro, parsley, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, paprika, salt and white pepper. Blend until a smooth paste. Add lemon juice and olive oil.If you don't have a food processor, you can chop herbs and garlic finely with a chef's knife and grind spice with mortar and pestle or back of spoon with pressure.
