Preheat oven to 350F. Muddle lime zest and salt into a paste. Add brown sugar and chipotle powder. Whisk in egg whites. Add nuts and toss until coated. Place mixture in a single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven, sprinkle with lime juice, and return to oven for another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
