Berries and Bubbles. Fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, sparkling water, seasonal berries and rosemary make this mocktail a smash.

Rosemary Sprig
Honey Simple Syrup

Instructions
Honey Simple Syrup Instructions:
Add honey and water to saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Turn off heat and stir to dissolve honey.
Chill and store in the refrigerator.
Mocktail Instructions:
Prepare Honey Simple Syrup according to recipe.
Mix berries together.
Muddle berries in a glass.
Fill shaker with ice, 1 ½ Tbsp honey syrup, lemon juice, muddled berries and 4 ½ oz Bubly or sparkling water. Shake well.
Double-strain and pour into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with 1 rosemary sprig, strawberry slice and serve.
Notes
Low Food Waste Tips:
Even berries almost past their prime can be muddle and enjoyed.
Freeze leftover berries for future mocktails, jams and sauces.
