Instructions
Combine farro, water and salt, and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside and chill.
Combine chilled farro with vanilla extract, lime juice and zest, milk, and nutmeg.
Layer cooked farro, yogurt, pineapple, and second listed lime zest.
