Ingredients
2 1/4cupfresh avocadocubed
3Tbspgarlic clovespeeled and minced
1/3cupred fresno chili peppersseeded and chopped fine
3Tbsplemon juice
3/4tspkosher salt
1Tbspwhite vinegar
1 1/2cupgreen bell peppersminced
1 1/2cup yellow onionsminced
9ozcarrot sticks
9ozcucumber sticks
9ozcelery sticks
1Tbspolive oil
1/3cupred fresno chili pepperssliced thin
Instructions
Mix the avocado, vinegar, olive oil, green bell pepper, white onion, garlic, chopped red chilis, lemon juice, and salt in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
Serve guacamole garnished with sliced chilis and served with carrots, cucumbers, and celery.
