Ingredients
1 eachtortillaswhole wheat
1eachegg
1/2cupcanned cannellini beans
1cupfresh baby spinach
1tspgrated Parmesan cheese
1spraycooking spray
Instructions
Whisk egg.
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add beans and spinach and cook for 1 minute until spinach is wilted. Add egg and black pepper. Stir and cook until egg is cooked through. Put scrambled mixture into tortilla, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and wrap.
