Nectarine and Green Bean Thai Salad
with pistachios, sesame and cilantro

fresh nectarines

fresh green beans

sliced thin

Instructions
Wash and dry nectarines and green beans. Cut the ends off of the green beans.
Cut the nectarines in half- remove the pit/seed. Next slice the nectarine into bite sized slices. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Notes
4 sliced nectarines = 2 cups sliced.
If the size is small adjust to 2 cups of sliced nectarines.
