Cauliflower seasoned with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper

2tspfresh garlic clovespeeled, minced
1/8tspground black pepper
4ozfresh cauliflowersliced 2"
Place whole head of trimmed cauliflower on cutting board. Slice about 2" thick slices from the center, with the stem so that it holds together. Reserve remaining cauliflower as florets to use in other application.
Combine oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Rub on both sides of each cauliflower steak. Sear the cauliflower steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fork tender. Finish with chopped rosemary.
