Chop apricots and dates and place in large mixing bowl.
1/2 cup dried apricots, 2.25 oz dates, pitted
Add remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup of oats. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
1/4 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet, 1/2 cup golden raisins, 1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted, unsalted, 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal, 1/4 cup pumpkin, canned, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground, 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy, 1 cup quick oats
Form mixture into tight 1 oz balls. You should get about 22 total. Spread out the 1/4 cup of remaining oats on a cutting board and roll the balls in the oats so they stick to the outside. Plate and serve.
