Roasted Apple Greek Yogurt Parfait with Granola, Cinnamon and Honey

Ingredients
1lbfresh applesdiced, leave skins on
1Tbsplight brown sugar
2Tbspapple cider
1/2cupgranolachoose your favorite
2Tbsphoney
1/2tspground cinnamon
2cupfat free Greek yogurt
Instructions
Make roasted apples: Place apples in a mixing bowl. Toss with cider and brown sugar. Place on a sheet pan and roast in a 350F oven for 10 minutes, remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and cinnamon. get our serving vessel of choice and layer cinnamon honey Greek yogurt, then roasted apples, and top with granola.
