10ozfresh white mushroomssliced
8oz80/20 ground beefor protein of choice
2tspcanola oil
saltto taste
4each whole wheat hamburger buns
4eachlettuce leaves
8eachtomato slices
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté mushrooms until cooked through and liquid is absorbed. Transfer to a food processor and pulse to rough chop.Mix together ground beef and cooked mushrooms. Salt to taste. Form into 4 patties and cook on a grill or skillet until internal temp reaches 165F degrees.
